A Free Day to do ... DisneySea???

Day 7 - 6/17

I know, I know ... DisneySea???  Are you crazy?  Go see a shrine, climb Mt Fuji, eat more sushi ... anything but the Mouse!  Yet, there's more to the Mouse than meets the eye.  For also visiting the Mouse are the Japanese people!  The Japanese people having fun.  This isn't anywhere on my itinerary!  So that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I'm about to travel to our next destination, Shizuoka.  As a result, I don't have time to sort through the photos or write up the story.  My partner in crime, Sandra Rivas-Cole, an art teacher from Orlando (where else) agreed to skip the shrines and do the house of the mouse.  You can find her very cool blog on our observations here: http://www.rc-artkids.com/Japan/Blog.html

Of special note:  Today I travel to Shizuoka, tomorrow to Ito City.  I will try to refine my pages tonight, as I have some spare time and I belive internet access from my room.  Ito is a bit sketchy.  I may be offline until the 27th.  If that is the case, I will continue to work online and have a barrage of info  to upload then.  Wish me luck with Japan AOL or finding an internet cafe in Ito City!
